Tuthill Vacuum & Blower Systemsis a leader in the design and manufacture of high performance, reliable positive displacement blowers, mechanical vacuum pumps, vacuum boosters and engineered systems.  The Springfield, Missouri manufacturing site has been in service since 1969.

In 1996 Tuthill Corporation purchased the Kinney Vacuum Company (founded in 1907) followed by the purchase of Atlantic Fluidics in 1999.  In 2002, these operations were combined with Tuthill Pneumatics Group, manufacturer of the world-renowned M-D Pneumatics™ rotary blowers and vacuum boosters.  This integration of operations formed Tuthill Vacuum & Blower Systems (TVBS), the sole manufacturer of Kinney® and Atlantic Fluidics® brands of vacuum pumps.  M-D Pneumatics™ became part of the Tuthill family in 1988.
